- Re-greasing the Hubs.
- Re-greasing the Lock-N-Roll (if applicable).
- Re-greasing and re-torquing the Timbren Suspension (if applicable).
- Re-torquing wheel lug nuts.
- Overall inspection of bolts.
- Inspecting the silicone around the trailer.
- Installing new trailer features including window cover mounting plates or our interior T-track (Install kits must be purchased, at material cost only, but we’ll do the install for free).

Modular Design.
Our Zion Off-Road Z1 trailer feature a custom T-track trim and uniform bolt pattern in the frame, allowing accessories to be bolted to the trailer. Depending on your needs at any given moment, you can add, move or remove accessories to fit your current adventure.
Different accessories can be purchased and mounted over time and DO NOT need to be decided on when initially ordering your trailer!

Our Z1 Trailer comes included with locking doors on each side, making it a safe, secure, comfortable place to sleep and get away from the elements. Regardless of the weather, you can be sure you’ll wake up ready for your next adventure.
Your Zion Off-Road trailer can also be used to get your camping gear out of your already cramped tow vehicle. Use your trailer to carry your gear, water, fuel, chairs, grill, and whatever else you may need for your adventure. With a provided cooler slot, cubbies, shelves, and interior cabin tiedowns, keep your gear safe, secure, and ready to go when adventure calls.
